TLearn how to properly consult with buyers, explain agency relationships, and navigate compensation conversations with confidence and transparency including scripts when interacting with buyers. Recent licensing law updates and Code of Ethics requirements are reviewed in detail. This course empowers agents to meet compliance standards, avoid legal pitfalls, and demonstrate the value of buyer representation through professional consultation and clear communication.
