Course Total Hours: 45 Hours TOTAL as follows:

15-Hour Broker Post-License Applied Brokerage Principles

15-Hour Broker Post-License Risk Management/Discipline (includes sexual harassment prevention training)

15-Hour Broker Post-License Transactional Issues 

There is a mandatory 50-question exam at the end of each 15-hour course

Class Time: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours per session, 30 min Lunch Break)

Course License/ Course Numbers: 513001898, 513001857, 513001895

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after November 1, 2021. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exams for these courses and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit. Final exam details will be provided during the class. 

All 45-hour post-license course exams will be administered online through Illinois REALTORS®. The courses that are included in the 45 hour post licensing program are: 15-Hour Risk Management Discipline (513001857); 15-Hour Applied Brokerage Principles (513001898) and 15-Hour Transactional Issues (513001895)

There is a no-show fee for no-shows. All cancellations must be made in writing to kim@rafv.realtor at least two days prior to the course to be considered for a refund. 

RAFV reserves the right to cancel classes and reschedule if there is less than 8 registrants.
