Description
Join us for a thoughtful Black History Month panel conversation centered on mentorship, leadership, and career growth. Panelists will share personal career journeys, lessons learned, and practical insights on navigating professional pathways—especially when access, representation, and advocacy matter.
The discussion will explore what meaningful mentorship looks like in practice, how authentic leadership develops over time, and how professionals can build sustainable, purpose-driven careers. We’ll also examine the responsibility leaders carry to open doors for others and invest in the next generation.
The program will conclude with light appetizers and drinks, offering time to continue the conversation and connect with peers.
