As a real estate professional, one’s ability to navigate conversations effectively with consumers is paramount to ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Scripts on topics such as agency disclosure, compensation, pricing, buyer & seller agreements, offers, and fair housing will be covered, including an opportunity to role‐play conversations with consumers. This course will equip you with essential skills for buyer & seller consultations enabling you to excel in your real estate practice and enhance your professional capabilities so you can elevate your success in the real estate industry while remaining compliant with law and the Code of Ethics.

This is a FREE class for RAFV Members, but there is a $25 no-show fee. All cancellations must be made in writing to kim@rafv.realtor at least two days prior to the course.
